NotCo is a food-tech company known for using AI to create plant-based products that mimic animal foods. To reach a new audience, they are launching their new product NotHangover, aimed at mitigating the day-after consequences of drinking. We’re getting the word out via a PSA-style campaign that humanizes the porcelain thrones affected by hangovers’ wrath (all set to the angelic serenade of Sarah McLachlan).
